      The Chedi Andermatt is home to two Michelin-starred Japanese restaurants: The Japanese Restaurant (2 stars, 18 GaultMillau points) and The Japanese by The Chedi (1 star, 16 GaultMillau points) - the highest-altitude Michelin-starred restaurant in Europe. The hotel's cigar library holds the largest selection of cigars found in any hotel, paired with an exclusive wine library showcasing rare vintages. A separate cheese cellar and a daily buffet breakfast with local specialties round out the dining options.

      The 2400 m² spa includes an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, steam bath, sauna, and a Tibetan-inspired relaxation lounge. Asian-inspired rituals such as yoga sessions, mindfulness practices, and tea ceremonies are available alongside signature treatments like the Bali massage. Fitness facilities feature state-of-the-art Technogym equipment, and the spa offers a personal trainer and fitness classes.

      All rooms and suites are decorated in traditional Alpine style with over 200 fireplaces throughout the hotel, including gas fireplaces with remote controls in many rooms. Beds are from Hästens, and bathrooms are stocked with Acqua di Parma toiletries. Each room includes an iPad for controls, a minibar, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

      A full-service ski and sports butler assists with equipment rental, pass purchases, and personalized winter experiences, with ski-to-door access to the Gemsstockbahn cable car (850 metres away).
